Order Processing & Dispatch

• Standard Non-Perishable Orders: Orders are prepared and released to our carriers within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays).
• Order Cut-Off Time: Orders submitted before 2:00 PM EST on a business day are generally handled the same day. Orders received after 2:00 PM EST, or on weekends, are processed on the next business day.
• Perishable Goods Handling: Temperature-sensitive and perishable products are secured with specialized cold-chain insulation and shipped Monday through Thursday only, so they are not left in transit over the weekend.

Order Modifications & Address Changes

Damaged, Lost, or Compromised Shipments

We take responsibility for getting your order to you in good condition:

• Perishable Items: If a perishable item arrives spoiled, compromised, or damaged because of a shipping delay, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will issue a full refund or send a free replacement right away.
• Lost or Damaged Packages: If tracking shows your package as delivered but it has not arrived, or if items arrive damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
